KMC FC has a long and storied history, having been one of the most successful teams in Tanzanian football over the years. The club has won several domestic titles, including the Tanzanian Cup in 1991, 1996, and 2005, as well as the Tanzanian Premier League in 1991 and 1996. KMC FC has also enjoyed success in regional competitions, winning the CECAFA Club Cup in 1991 and 1995.

Young Africans Sports Club (Yanga SC) is a Tanzanian professional football club based in Dar es Salaam. The club was founded in 1935 and has since then become one of the most successful football clubs in Tanzania. Yanga SC is a member of the Tanzania Premier League and has won the league title 27 times, making it the most successful club in the country’s history.
The team plays its home matches at the Benjamin Mkapa National Stadium, which has a capacity of 60,000 spectators. Yanga SC has a strong fan base, known as “Yanga Mzungu,” and is considered one of the biggest clubs in East Africa.
Apart from domestic success, Yanga SC has also participated in international competitions, including the CAF Champions League and the CAF Confederation Cup. The team’s best performance in an international competition was reaching the semifinals of the African Cup Winners’ Cup in 1998.
